Salt Lake City, Utah (January 25, 2010) 4Life executives are pleased to announce a reformulation of BioEFA with CLA (Conjugated Linoleic acid), 4Life’s superior source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. This well-rounded blend of essential fatty acids (EFAs) now contains more than four times the fish oil per serving (1,000 mg).
BioEFA with CLA is part of 4Life’s general health and wellness product line and includes a fish oil blend from two sources (omega-3 and omega-6) and a variety of plant oils including flaxseed oil, safflower oil, and borage seed oil.
Most CLA comes from meat and dairy products. The CLA used in 4Life’s BioEFA is from the natural source of sunflower oil, which, together with borage seed oil and flaxseed oil, provides a well-rounded source of plant-based essential fatty acids.*
“We continue to make products that our distributors will receive the most value from, both for their own well-being and as they share the opportunity with others,” stated Chad Renshaw, Director of Product Development.
Chief Scientific Officer Cal McCausland: “Our 4Life product line continues to expand in tandem with our commitment to creating the highest quality products with the best science and ingredients available.”
