Neways Part of 16.5 Million Donation on NBC’s TODAY Show

Post Rating:

Neways was one of several direct-selling companies who together donated a total of more than $16.5 million in products and cash to the 17th annual TODAY Show Holiday Toy and Gift Drive. The donation was presented live on November 22 at the show’s studio in Rockefeller Plaza, New York City, by a representative of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), the national trade association of leading firms that manufacture and distribute goods and services sold directly to consumers.

“We are happy to contribute Neways products to this worthy cause,” said Scott St. Clair, Neways CEO. “Charitable giving is part of our DNA as a company. In fulfilling our values, we look for ways to donate our resources to assist those who are less fortunate. Philanthropy is a priority for us—we want to act on what we say we value.”

The TODAY Show Holiday Toy and Gift Drive is a project of the nonprofit TODAY Show Charitable Foundation. Donations are matched with the needs of more than 200 organizations with which the TODAY Show Charitable Foundation works. As part of this year’s drive, DSA-member companies sent items to numerous organizations across the nation.

Yes, I was an Amway distributor from 1993-2009, when I was terminated for protesting against the Amway Tool Scam. I would be happy to take your survey. Send an email to hawaiianibo@yahoo.com, and I will fill it out or make arrangements to discuss with you in a telephone survey.
