Many women have made the transition from client to owner and find great reward in both the financial and fitness success of Get In Shape For Women.

NEEDHAM, Mass., May 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Having come through the Get In Shape For Women model as clients, these women strongly empathize with what it feels like to engage in a fitness and nutrition program with the goal of regaining a healthy lifestyle. They know the hard work that goes into it and the amazing benefits that such a program produces.

“After four months in the program, I’ve slimmed down 35 pounds and am still losing,” states Audra Murray, owner of the Framingham, MA studio. “I bought a GISFW franchise because I believe in the model 100%, and it has worked so well for me.  I love going to work every day and helping women transform their bodies and their lives.”

These entrepreneurial owners come from diverse backgrounds, but have a few things in common: a keen business sense and strong affinity for helping other women.

“Almost immediately after becoming a GISFW client, I knew I wanted to own my own studio and help other women take their health back,” declares Liz McGill, owner of the Needham and Medfield, MA studios.  “From day one, I knew that Get In Shape For Women was special.  I loved the intensity of the workouts, the close coaching from my trainers, and the ongoing education on nutrition.”

Many women struggle with choices surrounding eating and the supportive nutrition guidelines and accountability that Get In Shape For Women provides enables women to take back control of their habits and feel confident again.

Rhonda McManus, owner of the Tewksbury, MA studio speaks to the authenticity of the program and its commitment to client results. “The workouts are real, the nutrition is real food and making good choices for a lifetime, (not just a diet)…and you are held accountable! I was hooked and I thought other women would be too!  I love having the privilege of helping them to transform their bodies and their lives.”

Up to 4 women share a personal trainer and follow a comprehensive program based on four principles: weight training, cardio, nutrition and accountability.
