4Life Research is a $100 million company that specializes in nutritional and health care products to be sold in a person to person marketing style.

4Life was started in 1998 in Orem, Utah by founder David Lisonbee.  Lisonbee began his research in the early 90’s and based most of it off of the 1940’s blood cell research of Dr. H. Sherwood Lawrence.

4Life’s products tout nutritional value and their website claims that they “improve immune system function by up to 437%.”  In 2011, 4Life’s Transfer Factor was added to the Physician’s Desk Reference.

How it WORKS:

According to information on the company’s website, the engineers at 4Life extract transfer factors from cow colostrum and chicken egg yolks.  A transfer factor is the immune response memory from one person or animal.  By ingesting the memory of immunity from an healthy animal, 4Life maintains that humans can “borrow” that memory to improve their own immuno-response.

With things like Foundation 4Life, 4Life Relay For Life Fundraising Events, to their International training sessions, there is never any shortage of training events or activities to help you give back to your local and global communities.

4Life houses over 500 employees and is located in over 40 different countries including India, Japan, and Spain.  Their humanitarian group, Foundation 4Life, continues to donate time, money, and energy to the world.  In February 2011, 4Life President Steve Tew announced a donation of $10,000 to aid in the New Zealand earthquake relief.  4Life has also donated meals, uniforms, and backpacks to help the children of Honduras attend school.

Average start up cost: $50.00- $150.00 – (optional website for monthly fee)

This company was great to work for but the start up cost was a little bit much. Especially the monthly fee for the website.
